RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. All items must be unused, in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags. Items returned after 30 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging or product components will not be accepted. Tights, body care products, and makeup must be unopened and unused to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Purchases of customized items, clearance items, and special orders are final sale. Promotional discounts are only valid during the duration of a sale. Returns or exchanges made after the duration of a sale will not be provided the promotional discount. Refund credit on returns will be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit (if preferred).
Exchanges
You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value of our in-stock inventory. Please note, additional charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order or if you would like to place a special order.
Made-to-Order Attire (DIDC Attire, Gear, etc.)
These items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
